Have you always wanted personal training but on your own its just to expensive? Well this is for you.

Introducing Sculpt – Small group Kettlebell training.

What is Sculpt?
Sculpt will be replacing our regular classes, its a 6 week program where you will be part of a small group kettlebell training team.
You will take part in 1 or 2 sessions a week (we advise 2)
Workout with your team
Learn how to use a kettlebell with correct technique
Be part of a progressive program
Have your own program card stating what weights you should use for each session set by the trainer
Get encouragement from your team.
You’ll start with the basics and move on to more technical moves.

*If you are unable to commit to two sessions per week we will have 1 per week programs available, please contact us to be put on the waiting list as these will be allocated when all the two per week slots have gone.

When you request your space on a block you will be contacted by us so we can work out which kettlebells to start you on.
But don’t delay as spaces are on first come first served basis!

2 different small group training sessions –
Monday – Kettlercise
Wednesday – Fusion
These will be at 6.30pm at Ducklington School near Witney.

Levels – you will work to your own fitness level and be able to graduate to the next level of kettlebell, if your completing 2 sessions a week, expect to progress quickly.

What to do if your thinking of taking part?
If you’ve not used Kettlebells before attend one of our workshops or drop in classes to learn the basics and see if its for you.

If you decide to go ahead –
Contact us for availability
Sign up and pay for your block
Pick 2 or 1 session/s a week with the advice of your trainer
Schedule your training sessions in your diary for the allotted 6 weeks.
Attend ALL sessions.
Check your program card at the start of each session
Work hard and give 100%
Eat well
Encourage your team mates
Show up for yourself
Take your progress pics (for your eyes only, this will help you see changes in your body)
Complete the course
Congratulate yourself for all the results you’ve noticed
Congratulate your team
Check to see if you’ve graduated
Get your name on the list for the next training block
