Pre and Post natal class
Full body strength training using Kettlebells for 25 minutes to keep you strong during pregnancy and regain your strength post pregnancy, followed by mobility and stretch using the Purestretch fundmental movements for some chill and Relaxation time, finishing off with a short meditation and optional essential oils to leave you feeling relaxed, re energised and floating on air…….

Taught by a certified Pre and post natal coach.

Please note anyone that has been pregnant is considered post natal.
