Introducing Kettlebell Fusion! This is a new Kettlebell class, fusing my two favourite styles of training, Strength and Hiit, plus an extensive core section. In this class you’ll focus on strength, then I’ll take you through an intense Hiit cardio section before finally focusing on your core in a well balanced way again using kettlebells. You’ll leave this class knowing you’ve worked every inch of your body, sweaty and pumped knowing you’ll be fat burning for up to 36 hours after class!
