Hiit Blast – High intensity interval training, work intervals followed by rest intervals, using bodyweight and cardio exercises. This is an easy to follow class with advanced options if needed, you’ll sweat and best of all your body will be burning extra calories for 36 hours after class. AbCore – Increase your core & back strength while gaining more definition. This work out is for ALL your core not just your abs, you’ll be working your glute’s, back, sides and waist. Both 30 minute classes
